This classic Dobsonian mounted telescope will bring you to the galaxies and back, thanks to its 203mm parabolic

mirror and focal length of 1200mm. This scope's collapsible truss tube design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble to transport in between uses.

Elegant truss tube design and carefully engineered to combine ease-of-use, extreme portability and consistent performance. Unlike other truss tube designs, the Saxon Collapsible Dobsonian does not need to be disassembled between sessions and transports as two compact parts that can be assembled and ready to use in seconds!

Like their traditional Dobs, the new collapsible models feature the patented tension adjustment control on the altitude bearings. This eliminates the need and added cost of clumsy counterweight systems to balance the telescope.
